These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through the Tinipicnic webshop.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Tinipicnic and to every distance agreement concluded between Tinipicnic and the consumer.

Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

3. The offer

All products in our webshop are described as clearly and completely as possible.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Tinipicnic.

Images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set out therein.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Any shipping costs will be clearly stated during the ordering process.
• Payment is made via the available payment methods in the webshop.

Tinipicnic reserves the right to change prices, but price changes do not affect already placed orders.

6. Delivery and execution

Tinipicnic will exercise the greatest possible care in processing and shipping orders.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
The stated delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.

After withdrawal, the consumer still has 14 days to return the product.

8. Costs of withdrawal

• The costs for returning are for the account of the consumer.
• If the product has been used more than necessary to determine the nature and operation, Tinipicnic may charge a depreciation.

9. Liability

Tinipicnic is not liable for damage resulting from improper or incorrect use of the products.

Tinipicnic's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

10. Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint? Let us know via info@tinipicnic.nl.
We do our best to answer complaints within 14 days and to come to a suitable solution together.

11. Privacy

Tinipicnic processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

12. Applicable law

All agreements between Tinipicnic and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

13. Changes

Tinipicnic reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
The most current version is always available on the website.
