At TiniPicnic, we want you and your child to be happy with every purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights, how to request a refund, and the conditions under which refunds are accepted.
2. Returns & Refunds
You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
Conditions for Refunds:
- The product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@tinipicnic.com. We will:
- Provide a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Refund the purchase price, including any applicable shipping costs.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the instructions we provide to ship the item back.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products that are not defective
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents
